| Tony takes charge as RSA Oman MD |
MUSCAT RSA Middle East on Saturday appointed Tony Chaudhry as the managing director for its Oman arm.
Tony’s appointment will be with immediate effect, the company said in a press release.
Tony Chaudhry has held several key roles within RSA Group, and his most recent posting has been the integration director in Oman following the acquisition of Al Ahlia Insurance.
Tony has worked in both emerging markets and the UK market and has a good grip over both the regions, and he will be responsible for leading both the RSA and Al Ahlia propositions going forward as he will continue to retain the responsibility for the integration of the two companies, said the press release.
The company appointed Sanjeev Jha as the Personal Lines director
and AR Srinivasan as the specialty director of Oman.
RSA CEO (Middle East) Paul Holmes said: “Tony takes on the responsibility of managing our business at an important time. RSA’s acquisition of Al Ahlia is a testimony to our commitment to grow our business in Oman and has strengthened our position as the preferred insurer among both individual and commercial customers.”
