| Marhoon, Bahrain official discuss e-training |
MUSCAT HE Sheikh Khalid Bin Omar Bin Said Al Marhoon, Civil Service Minister on Wednesday received Mohammed Al Sabaa, Director of e-Training at the Bahrain Institute for Public Administration (BIPA).
They discussed the e-training concept, its aims, its aspects such as saving time and effort for government units and employees with regard to training programmes. They discussed providing easy and quick programmes to all employees.
They also discussed challenges and how to overcome them, besides enhancing cooperation between the Civil Service Ministry and BIPA.
The Civil Service Ministry, represented by the Directorate-General of Human Resources Development, recently signed a contract with BIPA where the institute provides consultancy services for the ministry for the e-training project to be implemented by the ministry in all governmental units.
