| 3,655 craft licences issued this year |
MUSCAT The Public Authority for Craft Industries (Paci) issued 3,655 craft licences for Omani craftsmen during the first half of the year 2012, a 20 per cent rise from the same period of 2011. The initiative is part of Paci’s efforts to promote the Omani craft industries which is part of the Sultanate’s heritage.
The highest number of licences were issued in the Governorate of Dhofar.
