For the first time, all universities and colleges in the state will have a common curriculum to make it easier for students to move between universities. The current rule is that, students have to first get equivalence certificate from the university they want to join and then the authorities will check whether the curriculum in both universities are the same.
Kamal, Rajni hold meeting
The rumour is that Kamal Haasan and Rajnikant had a secret meeting some time last week to decide not to release their movies at the same time, thereby ensuring that both their movies get a good audience.
Kamal has Viswaroopam releasing this year and Rajni has Kochadaiyaan, both of which were expected to hit the screens on the same day. But it looks like the superstars will ensure that does not happen.
Sameera losing fan base in south
Sameera Reddy seems to be losing her fan base in the south. Now while the Bollywood actress was Gautham Menon’s muse and had a blockbuster with Suriya in Vaarnam Aayiram in 2008, Sameera has not managed any new movie this year. Though Vettai was an average hit, Sameera has not bagged any new films in Kollywood, Telugu or Malayalam. Her last Telugu film was Ashok in 2006, while in Malayalam it was Oru Naal Varum in 2010.
