| British envoy meets Omani defence officials |
MUSCAT Lieutenant-General Ahmed Bin Harith Al Nabhani, Chief of Staff of the Sultan’s Armed Forces (SAF), on Saturday received in his office Lieutenant-General Simon Mayall, Senior Adviser to the UK Defence Minister for Middle East Affairs.
They discussed bilateral relations and matters of common concern.
Separately, Air Vice Marshal Mattar Bin Ali Al Obaidani, Commander of the Royal Air Force of Oman (Rafo), received Mayall. They exchanged cordial conversations and discussed matters of common concern.
Rear Admiral Abdullah Bin Khamis Al Raisi, Commander of the Royal Navy of Oman (RNO), also received Mayall and exchanged cordial conversations and discussed matters of common concern.
The meetings were attended by the UK ambassador to the Sultanate.
