| ‘Sur Gate’ project to be launched today |
SUR A press conference will be held on Tuesday at Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OCCI), Sur branch, to announce the official launch of the ‘Sur Gate’ project under the patronage of Sheikh Abdullah Bin Mustahil Shamas, Governor of South Sharqiyah.
‘Sur Gate’ is a new addition to the developmental projects hosted by Sur in Sur Industrial Estate, which extends over 200,000 square metres at a cost of 120 million rials.
This vital project will contribute to creating a turning point in the field of tourism project and will therefore enhance the economic progress of the wilayat. This is an integrated project that consists of commercial and residential complex that includes retail market, connected to a mini shopping centre, an integrated business centre, hotel, villas, labour camp and business centre.
