MUSCAT People in Halhal village in Wadi Bani Kharous in the Wilayat of Al Awabi are harvesting the fruit of the boot tree, which grows in the mountains.
Thanks to the rain, this year witnessed a bumper harvest. A seasonal summer fruit, boot is sold in the Wilayat of Al Awabi and neighbouring markets.
